Kolla gärna in deras hemsida, jättefina bilder. De här är mina egna.

The versatility of a flower!

The lovely Mimi at Design My Way emailed me this gorgeous pic as she thought it was right up my alley!

How right Mimi was... Aren't these shoes just fabulous and so pretty?!?

Have a beautiful weekend. Kellie xx

My new look tea!

This is what my tea now looks like. No more lovely milk!

I am very sad. My body has decided that it does not like milk anymore, or cheese or icecream for that matter. I was not happy about it...Still i had to move on and I have commenced my journey towards a life of soy milk.

Is my body just odd or is this normal to suddenly be unable to eat/drink something???

More than one purpose...

I have a wedding to attend in the coming months. When buying something to wear, i always try to buy a dress that will last a few seasons that when it loses its "newness" i can throw on with some sandals and wear it to lunch in the summer time. I try to find accessories that have the same value proposition, something i can tuck away and bring out for a special occassion or perhaps a day at the races. Something that you can bring out and  feel fabulous wearing, something that people will ask.... "Where did you get that from!?"...

These gorgeous items from Twigs and Honey are a perfect example of this. Sure i have seen fabric flowers before, but the beautiful textures, softness and subtle deigns work wonderfully and really differentiate these products from those mass produced ones you see around and about in the shops... I am particularly fond of the flower sash, there are so many beautiful ways this item could be worn, how wondeful for a sunday afternoon lunch.... x

A story of two F's - Feathers and Flowers!

I am particularly fond of the aesthetic created here and the vibrancy of the many colours accentuated with flowers and feathers.

Styling of events will be another focus for Ada & Darcy. Beautiful work like this keeps me motivated and inspired.

What keeps you inspired?

Have a dreamy weekend!

I came outside today to see how my sweet peas were going and finally.... One little red flower has appeared! Made my day! I am off to the flower markets tommorrow for some flower therapy. Hope you all have a lovely and happy weekend.

Thank you for stopping by Ada & Darcy this week. Kellie x

Pretty enough for a dinner party!

Isn't this wedding decor just divine. I adore the stunning use of flowers, the parasols  as well as the lovely lanterns.

I think what appealed to me about this styling is it's simple yet effective approach and you don't need a wedding as a reason to create such a beautiful look. Personally, i would be happy to create something pretty like this for a birthday or dinner party with the girls.

I came across this lovely work through the gorgeous Wanderings of a Wannabe. It's a darling blog with lots of personality!!

Enjoy. xx

Linen that tickles my fancy...

I have seen these divine products around and about the blog world with the gorgeous kaftans and little shorts...I really took notice of their beauty as i saw that Plum Pretty Sugar also have divine bed linen in their collection. I always find it really difficult to find beautiful linen at an affordable price and these stunning prints and colours really tickled my fancy. I think i will definitely purchase the linen in the print below. Do they tickle your fancy too?
